One day coming home from work, a friend that was on vacation in Japan reach out to me. Telling me the neighbors saw someone going into his house. I rush over to help him out and called the cops. As I got there 2 individuals had broken in and started to change the locks to stay in. I waited for the cops to get there and help with the removal of squatters trying to gain possession of my friends home with all his stuff in it.

I witness how they told all kinds of lies and be friendly to the officer. Trying to have any loop hole to get squatters rights to be able to stay in. In the end they didn't have any convincing factors that would allow the officer to let them stay. 

I was lucky enough to be able to remove them in time before they cause headache, set in, and destruction on the property. 

I imagine if I was not there for my friend when he needed me to go help him. I know that a lot of us don't have that luxury, caring neighbors, family that have the time or friends to stay and help in this type of situation to make sure that squatters don't take possession.  

My family and I started this business making sure that you have peace of mind.
